Welcome to theconleys.com!  Our family consists of Sean, Lisa, Jacob (age 9), Madelynn (age 7), Jayden (age 5), and our newest addition, Jackson Parker (age 2).  We live in Eastlake, Ohio which is a small city on the coast of Lake Erie, east of Cleveland.  Sean and Lisa both grew up and met in Eastlake over 18 years ago!
